The CNSA & ICCN Congress will have both hard copy and digital posters available for delegates to view.
Hard Copy Poster Guidelines
Is there a specific template or structure for posters?
No, presenters may design their posters as they choose. However, posters must not exceed 1m wide x 1.2m high. A0 size in portrait orientation is recommended.
How should I secure my poster to the display board?
Please use velcro to attach your poster. Pins are not effective as the boards are covered in felt material.
When and where should I set up my poster?
Posters must be set up at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 18 June, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Poster boards will be set up within the Exhibition Hall. They should remain in place for the entire duration of the Congress.
Is there a dedicated time for poster viewing and networking?
Yes, a poster viewing session and networking event will take place on Thursday, 19 June, from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. It is recommended that presenters stand by their posters during this time for discussions with delegates.
Do I need to register to present my poster?
Yes, all poster presenters must be registered for the congress to confirm their participation. If you have not registered by the early bird deadline, your presentation slot may be forfeited.
Digital Poster Guidelines
Will my poster be available online?
Yes, a single-page PDF of your poster will be available on the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia website for delegates to download post congress.
How do I upload my digital poster?
Further instructions on how to upload your digital poster will be sent to presenters closer to the Congress date.
