We're thrilled to announce that registrations for the combined CNSA & ICCN 2025 Congress are now open! 

Please note the following:

• When you submit your registration you will receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration reference number after successful submission.
• If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, it may be due to an error in your email address.

IMPORTANT: CNSA and ISNCC does not sell delegate or visitor lists for any of its events. Any approach from any organisation offering such lists for sale should be considered as fraud.

Student Rates 

** A person is eligible for the student rate if they are undertaking full-time undergraduate or post-graduate studies with a stream of cancer care. Documented evidence of full time status (e.g student card or letter from University) is required upon registration and is subject to approval. For doctoral students, a letter (signed by a supervisor) declaring the doctoral thesis has a major focus on cancer care/nursing is required.

LMIC Rates

This discounted rate is for Low-income and Low-middle-income countries.

CNSA & ISNCC fee structures are based on the World Bank List of Economies Classification. Please check this list to ensure you qualify.

Full Registration includes:

• Welcome Reception (Wednesday 18 June 2025)
• Networking Hour/Poster Session (Thursday 19 June 2025)

Day Registration includes:

• Entry to Congress plenary and concurrent sessions (on Thursday, Friday or Saturday only)
• Lunch, morning and afternoon teas (on the day of registration)
• Congress gift, electronic handbook, name badge and attendance certificate (sent electronically).

Pre-Congress Symposium Only Registration includes

• Afternoon tea on Wednesday 18 June 2025
• Name badge and attendance certificate (sent electronically).
• Any workshop materials provided by the facilitator

Payment

Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex accepted). A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments. You can also arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. No surcharge applies to pay via EFT but payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Cancellation

Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Congress Organisers accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.

Disclaimers

The Congress program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

During your attendance at the Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means recorded by an official representative of the CNSA or ISNCC, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA/ISNCC. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Organiser by emailing cnsaiccn@chillifoxevents.com.au

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
